Faculty Awards Dinner Recognizes Outstanding Contributions by CAS Faculty

Nine College of Arts and Sciences faculty were recognized for distinction in research, teaching advising, and service when the college hosted its annual faculty awards dinner March 25 in Iacocca Hall. These awards celebrate faculty members who have made significant contributions to their respective fields and the broader university community.
"I'm continually inspired by the outstanding research and scholarship our faculty produce," said Robert Flowers, Herbert and Ann Siegl Dean. "Our reputation for academic excellence depends entirely on their passion and dedication. Reviewing this year's nominees made that abundantly clear. The contributions my colleagues make toward our mission are truly remarkable."

Diane Hyland Service Award
This award acknowledges outstanding service achievements made by faculty, recognizing recipients’ impact made on their department, the college, and the university.
Advising Excellence Award
This award acknowledges outstanding advising achievements, recognizing faculty who have made a substantial impact in the learning process of many Lehigh Students.
Teaching Award
This award acknowledges outstanding teaching achievements, recognizing that the listed faculty have made a substantial impact on your department, the college, and the university.
Research, Scholarship and Creative Work Award
This award recognizes a faculty member’s outstanding research and creative work contributions that have made a substantial impact in their respective discipline.
